1. Processing & Handling Times
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days will begin processing the same day.
Tracking Notification: You will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number and carrier details as soon as your shipment has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Delivery Options
We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on the item weight, destination, and urgency of the delivery.
A. Standard Parcel Shipping
Scope: Small to medium parcels shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS).
Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days across the contiguous United States / UK / international destinations.
Rates: Calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
B. Heavy Freight / LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Delivery
Scope: Large equipment, heavy assemblies, and bulk pallets.
Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days.
Liftgate & Residential Service: Heavy freight orders include Free Hydraulic Liftgate Service for curbside residential delivery. The freight carrier will contact you via telephone to schedule a delivery window prior to arrival.
C. Direct Express Courier & Meetup Delivery
Scope: Local same-day or direct hand-to-hand courier deliveries within designated service zones.
Locations: Direct delivery to your specified residential address, commercial location, or designated public meeting point (such as a public parking area or service station).
Courier Requirements: Hand-carried and direct express deliveries are coordinated directly between the recipient and our local dispatch team.
3. Transit Insurance & Refundable Deposits
To guarantee the complete safety of your shipment, certain high-value or hand-delivered items require transit coverage.
Standard Transit Insurance: All freight and parcel shipments automatically include carrier loss and damage insurance up to the declared value of the goods.
Direct Courier Security / Insurance Deposit: For specialized direct hand-to-hand courier drop-offs, a refundable transit security deposit (e.g., £280 / $300) may be required prior to dispatch.
Coverage: This security deposit covers potential transit risks, third-party liability, unexpected logistics contingencies, or physical damage while the item is in active transit.
Refund Process: The deposit is 100% fully refundable immediately upon successful delivery and signature receipt of your package.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking link.
You can use this link to check real-time updates on your package’s transit status and estimated delivery time.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal after dispatch.
5. Delivery Inspection & Damaged Goods
Your satisfaction and package integrity are our top priorities.
Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect the exterior packaging of your delivery prior to signing the carrier's receipt.
Freight / Pallet Shipments: If you notice severe damage to a pallet or crate upon delivery, please document the damage with photos, note "Damaged Upon Receipt" on the Bill of Lading (BOL), and contact our support team immediately.
Reporting Claims: Any damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an invalid address or failure to receive the carrier's scheduled delivery call, the customer may be responsible for re-shipment fees.
